It is safe although relying on temporary solution will not benefit you in a long run. Better get your condition evaluated and aim for permanent cure

Hello. Since you are exclusively breastfeeding a 1-month-old baby, I would not recommend restarting Acidum Nitricum 30C on your own simply because you have taken it previously. Your long-standing piles and fissure also deserve proper assessment, particularly because they have been recurring for many years. During breastfeeding, treatment can be selected safely according to the exact condition and severity. Several conventional topical treatments for anal fissure and haemorrhoids are considered compatible with breastfeeding when appropriately used. For now, focus on keeping the stools soft, drinking adequate fluids, eating sufficient fibre and avoiding straining during bowel movements.
Next Steps
If you tell me whether your current problem is mainly pain, bleeding, burning, itching, a fissure, or a lump, and whether you are constipated, I can guide you regarding the appropriate next step.

Hello. First, congratulations on your 1-month-old baby! Suffering from piles and fissures for 8 years can be immensely painful, especially during the postpartum period when the body is already recovering. While homeopathic medicines like Acidum Nitricum are generally safe and non-toxic, self-prescribing potent remedies or frequently repeating potencies (like 30C) during exclusive breastfeeding requires proper clinical guidance to ensure it suits your current constitutional state and remains entirely safe for your baby. Furthermore, relying on temporary symptom relief has kept this condition active for 8 years; what you need is a permanent cure. For complete root-cause treatment and safe management during lactation, you need to consult a homoeopathic doctor.. You can consult me for the same.. My new case consultation fee is ₹2000, which comprehensively covers your consultation charges, personalized medicine preparation, and direct doorstep delivery. You can check out real patient recovery stories and testimonials on my Instagram page [healthrisebydrkiran] to see how successfully we treat chronic cases like yours. Feel free to connect with me on 915822545nine to schedule your appointment directly! Warm regards, Dr. Kiran Mate

If Acidum nitricum 30 has previously suited your symptom picture and has consistently helped during similar acute episodes, it may be considered, but I would prefer to assess your present totality before repeating it rather than prescribing solely because it helped in the past.
Next Steps
For piles and fissures, keeping the stool soft is very important: drink plenty of water, take adequate fibre, avoid straining and don't sit on the toilet for long. Warm sitz baths can also provide relief.
Health Tips
Since you have had these symptoms for 8 years, I would recommend an examination rather than repeatedly self-prescribing when symptoms flare. There are also conventional local treatments for fissures and piles that are considered compatible with breastfeeding when appropriately prescribed.
