Hi, Acidity may be due to lack of water intake or due to overeating.
Have loadz of water. You can also go for coconut water to avoid acidity.
Coconut, cold milk, saunf with little
sugar help overcome acidity.
Avoid too much of acidic fruits like pineapple etc.
Avoid overeating.
Avoid too much of spices or oily food stuff.
Go for regular brisk walks....and you will feel much more better.
