I have occasional bout of acidity, Dr prescribes Pan 40 daily. But I want to control acidity with food as I heard this is more of a lifestyle disease. I am not able to eat wheat and milk products as they make the situation worse. What food and schedule I can follow to live a acidity free life.
My mother and maternal aunt and uncle are all chronic acidity patients. I am also working in a stressful job.
I have witnessed the days when I have less pressure my acidity is also less. If I am very happy then I don't have any acidity at all.
What kind of food intake shall reduce acidity problem over a period of time, kindly do suggest the same
