Abdomen around naval area tight

Hlo sir/mam.. plz suggest me how to cure abdomen pain around the belly button/naval region.. too much gas, mild diahorea and intermittent pressure n tightness around the mentioned area.. food able to eat but giving nausea especially fried foods... I am eating curd, bananas and other healthy diet. But if any medicine is there which can help me feel better!!
