A tiny painless bump on top of mouth from 5 days colur is same as top but i am worried about this is this normal my tongue is always on it checking kindly suggest what can i do i am so anxious about it and worried

Goodafternoon ..kindly  share picture of the same ..if anxious please visit dentist for proper examination  and diagnosis ..certain bump are normal and non problematic  but without  clinical examination anything to say is not solution....
