Please specify a complete diet chart for the week to gain essential vitamins and minerals & protein. I do not have any medical problem just sufferring from grey hair and thinning of hair and also little hair loss.

Hi No weekly plan really help you for longer term. You need minimum 1 month or  2 months to see the results. Reason for hair loss might be deficiencies of essential multivitamins. You can include some protein stuff in your diet, as for hair growth protein is very essential. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take proper sleep and water. For natural protein you can add milk n dairy products in your diet. Add some calcium and vitamin D natural supplement in your diet.
