I am 36 weeks pregnant. Baby is in cephalic position with AFI 13.5, weight 2.6 kg . I have very active and regular baby movements. When baby moves, I can feel something hard near my left side pelvic area. My obg said my placenta has moved up fr 2.8cm to 3.8cm from internal OS and that I have soft cervix. I have never felt tired or uncomfortable so far in my pregnancy, I don't have any feet swelling or stretch marks. I am about 5 feet 8 tall and don't have anything common with my other pregnant friends and I am confused what to expect. What does this mean? When can I expect labour ?Please guide me.

The overall condition looks favourable for a vaginal delivery but your gynaecologist who is seeing you clinically can predict better

It’s ok to not have stretch marks. You can wait till the your expected date of deliveryfor labour pains . Continue brisk walking 30-40minutes a day .
