Hi. Good, continue breastfeeding. To reduce weight You can follow these steps.
Dietary changes: avoid high calorie diets such as fat items,junk foods,bakery foods, outside foods,chocolates,ice cream etc. Take low calorie diet rich greenleafy vegetables. Regular excersise:do exercises like brisk walking or jogging,etc for atleast, 1 Hr daily. Engage in some physical activity throughout a day. Gradual loss of weight is permanent and safe. dont take any weight losing medications. Consult dietician for diet chart.
