Hello dr 26 weeks of pregnancy Today I don't remember how my upper part of underwear got a bit wet When I wear it I haven't notice anything but after wearing I check a bit wet in upper part not in vaginal area I m fllng baby move properly after that no leaking n oll I m ok But yet I dnt remember mera panty wet phle se hi tha ki nahi Please genuinely help doctors Yesterday I went for check up n scan everything was good

Soaking of upper part could be due to sweat. Keep a pad and walk. If there is any leaking,it will soak
