Amblyopia and squint
I am 27 years old having outward and upward squint,and very less vision in right eye Is it treatable in one single Surgery both the squint?

Yes it can be corrected with a single surgery itself. However since your vision is low in the squinting eye, there is a high possibility of squint coming back few years down the line.
