Dear mam I cam imagine it must be tough for you. It is normal to feel low if you are no out able to achieve what you wished for. But if you are feeling sad most of the time, lack interest in doing things that you liked doing before, have lost motivation, feel hopeless about future, have disturbed sleep and appetite then you might be suffering from depression and need professional help. Treatment of depression consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. You will also benefit from certain healthy lifestyle techniques like regular exercise and meditation.talk to your family and friends about how you are feeling and see a professional at the earliest. It can either be mere anhedonia, situational depression or clinical depression. Only a psychologist or a psychiatrist can diagnose. However what mostly works is to go through therapy where you will be able to figure out the root cause of your problems and overcome them in a healthy manner.
