Am I pregnant or it's just my periods ?
After a week of protected Intercourse which happened on [28/01/24], On [3/02/24] I started with a light bleeding which was thin in consistency and the flow was less and the color is red, but today [5/02/24] when I woke up I saw a bit heavy blood on my napkin , today is the third day and I'm still bleeding but not so heavy, I have been having irregular periods , my last period was in December  2023 ( 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th) , in January 2024 i missed my periods, and the flow varies , sometimes its less and sometimes its heavy, I'm very concerned that if it's a implantation bleeding or it's just my periods, I didn't had cramps and back pain, the bleeding has little bit of clots but not very clotted, Please doctor guide me into this 🙏 , what is happening with me?

I think this question has been asked earlier. Please get your sonography done and consult with a Gynaecologist with the report.
