Your brown spotting on 22 and 23 September was most likely withdrawal bleeding from the ipill rather than your period, since ipill commonly shifts cycle timing by a week or two either way. Two negative home tests this far out, over five weeks after the unprotected contact, make pregnancy unlikely, but a missed period this long afterward still needs confirming rather than assumed.
Next Steps
Please get a blood beta-hCG test, since it picks up pregnancy more reliably than urine, especially if a sample was diluted or timed wrong. If that is also negative, a gynaecologist can check why your cycle hasn't returned, as stress and the pill itself can both delay it.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if you get pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, or feel unusually unwell, since those need ruling out an ectopic pregnancy even with a negative test.
