Am I pregnant?
I had sex with my partner in last week of June. After that I got my periods normally on 9 th of July and again on 10 th of August. But in 24 th of August I take two home pregnancy test and it comes out as positive. Then after 4 days I took a beta HCG test and it comes as1.02 and did a lower abdomen usg which shows that my right ovary is mild bulky (11cc) and no fluid has been seen. This month I got my periods on 9 th of September but it lasts only for 2 days and I feel dizziness all the time and sometime nauseous. I am having extreme indigestion issue. My abdomen feels heavy and bloated all the time and feeling gassy. Am I pregnant or it is something else?

You are not pregnant as your BetaHCG test is negative and you are getting regular period. The symptoms may be due to other medical conditions.
