Am i prediabetic or normal
I went for 2 tests on same day for hba1c and fasting blood sugar...hba1c showed 5.7 and fasting blood sugar showed 83...am i predibetic or normal...because result of both tests are Contradictory.

5.7 is initial stage of pre diabetes. Do Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Diabetic diet. Avoid oily foods junk foods and spicy foods.
