Am I having anemia?
My Hemogram test report: hemoglobin: 13.4 gm/l packed cell volume: 43% WBC count: 6.52 10^3/mm^3 Platelet count: 339  10^3/mm^3 RBC count: 5.3 million/ul MCV: 80 fl MCH (calculated): 25* pg MCHC (calculated): 31 g/dl RDW: 14.9* % ESR: 6 mm/hr Neutrophils:44 % lymphocytes: 41* % Eosinophils: 8* % monocytes: 7 % Am I having anemia? If yes, what degree of it am I having, is it high or low?

Your hemoglobin is slightly on lower side,but  You need not worry. Just focus on healthy diet including fruits and green vegetables . Repeat cbc after 4 weeks.

You have a very mild anemia. Some would not even call it anemia as it's borderline but as you're only 21 years old plus you are a male..a higher hemoglobin is expected. It can easily be managed through dietary modification. Consult at your convenience.
