Your hemoglobin is slightly on lower side,but You need not worry. Just focus on healthy diet including fruits and green vegetables .
Repeat cbc after 4 weeks.
You have a very mild anemia. Some would not even call it anemia as it's borderline but as you're only 21 years old plus you are a male..a higher hemoglobin is expected. It can easily be managed through dietary modification. Consult at your convenience.
