Abnormal Hemogram reports
Hi doctor, Before 2.5 month i was diagnost with gall bladder wall thickness and fatty liver with 14.5( but am not suffering from sugars or high cholesterol even my body weight is 45 kg and height is 5 feet 1 inch) But i was treated with IV fluids and antiboitics, Now my LFT test is also normal. again I did whole blood test and found below- MCH is high-34.3 pq RDW- SD is high - 58.2 fl PLCR is high- 52.8 % MCV is high - 113.5 fl, PDW is high - 18.5 fl MPV is high -13.4 fl Hemoglobin is low - 10.4 g/dl hence total rbc count is also low. Rest are normal Again my vitamin B12 and iron are normal. Please suggest the reason and how to cure. is it serious condition. you can also refer to attachment.
