I can't concentrate and can hardly take new things in my head as its constantly exploding of new ideas on how to fix things or of new inventions to help people and make their life better.

May be there is a deeper emotional cause is lies behind this,if not then mental stress is the cause.
Consult a Psychologist and after counselling sessions or CBT i think u feel better.
