Always feeling anxious for all
I have anxiety issue since 2020 lockdown. Day by day I'm getting too many physical symptoms and almost took all tests.. all are normal. Starting from loose stools once a day.. panic attacks every 6 months and daily stomach/gas symptoms in left chest, Sometimes travel anxiety (like I'll pass way while driving or travelling), tiredness when I wake up even after a long sleep, vision become dim at night sometimes, jaw pain like TMJ, tingling sensation in middle of chest and sometimes in hands and so on. Don't know where this will end. I'm not interested to travel anywhere due to this. My heartbeat goes like anything when I go to hospital and take a preliminary pulse test through oximeter. I feel like I'll die of that. I'm really depressed and having cardiac anxiety symptoms. Please advise 🙏🏻
