Alternate saline spray
I have hypertrophied terbinate in left nose. I have been prescribed solspre nasal spray. Could you please suggest alternate less expensive and effective saline nasal spray as the prescribed one is quite expensive.

Nasowash can be used..
You may as well do the sprays with boiled and cooled water with 1 spoon salt per litre.. Stored in a clean container
