Alopecia areta

I have alopecia areta but after using monooxidle and other lotion it growth is stoopped.But my beared is not growing properly.Currently i am using biomane XL(TABLETS) and Morr F 5%(drops) .so is it good medication or not???

The medication you are using is correct. You can try intralesional injection for the are not responding to medicine.
