Almond and walnut intake
I am 8 weeks pregnant. Since a month I am taking Almond and walnut everyday morning by soaking over night. However, sometime I forgot to soak it at night and take it raw at morning. Is that safe? Will it effect my baby. I take 2 almonds and one walnut everyday morning. Please advise.
