Yes... This medicine is safe for long term usage even in pregnant and lactating mothers.
Only contraindication is in acute nasal or sinus infections where it is advisable to pause these sprays for 5 days and use local decongestant sprays along with antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs and once infection subsides resume intranasal corticosteroid sprays after 5 days.
