Allergy problem
My mother is 65 yrs and is diabetic. She has  this allergy which causes swelling of her lips.. It starts with slight itching on one end of the lip and swells up. Recently it was her tongue. Can you pls suggest whom to contact and why does this occur. I am assuming  it is not because of food.
