Allergy problem
I have allery. From 2 years, I always sneezing, runny nose. Sometime it controlled after take cetrizine. But now cetrizine is not effective.
Please advise something to me.
Pls don't say for paid consultant.

Long term use of Cetrizine for allergies, makes the body resistant to it.
Try identifying the pattern of your allergy occurrence, and any triggering factors.
Do Not Use medicines like Cetrizine repeatedly without being prescribed by a doctor.

No need for paid consultation dear! Stop cetrizine.. have regularly 1glass of warm lemon water daily before breakfast to be continued forever! It increases the natural immunity. & When runny nose occurs take 1tab Montair LC after dinner on alternate days for 15days..
