Allergy problem
Each and every morning when I woke up, I suffer from allergy for the past two and half years. I don't eat brinjal and prawns but still I used to have allergies for which I used to take a cetzine everyday. Pls help me with some suggestions...

Allergies are hyper reaction of your body to a particular agent it might be food medicine clothing or any other environmental factor. Taking citrizine might give you temperory result but for a permanant solution you need to take a proper Homoeopathic medicine which would bring your hyper reaction to normalcy and thus relieve you of your problem.

Best treatment would be to find allergens causing symptoms and to avoid it...over the counter antihistaminics will be beneficial to you...Consult nearest allergy clinic for skin prick test and other modalities of investigations in which they will test you for various allergens and find out to what you are allergic...and they treat you with diluted doses of that allergen to desensitise your body to that allergen...good luck.
