Hi my son has got red small small pimples on the stomach please advise . see attached. He is6.5 months old and active

Looks like some allergy rash. Give syrup Cetrizine 1 ml once a day for 2 days and apply calamine lotion over the rashes.
Next Steps
consult a pediatrician if rashes increases more, do not subside after cetrizine or any other concern.
