Allergy on neck
Good evening doctor , my dad has this since two weeks not knowing what is this exactly on neck its there and it's slowly increasing he is not at all coming to hospital atleast through practo it will be helpful to let us know is it serious please replyyy thank you am attaching pic's below

The photos are not clear enough to definitely but it is looking like a photo dermatitis (PMLE), light exacerbated skin allergy
Though not serious, it cannot be treated without prescription meds
