1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals. 2.Tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M once at night after meals. 4.Syrup Alex 10 ml thrice daily. 5.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever and pain after meals. 6.Rest 7. Warm saline Gargles thrice daily 8. Steam inhalation thrice daily. 9. Alex Logenges thrice daily ( Chew or lick ). 10. Tab Limcee 500 mg twice daily. 11. Follow for 5 days and if still not cured, follow up. All the best.

Betadine mouth gargling 3times a day for 5days after food.TabCalpol(650mg) twice a day for 2days after food.Tab Cetzine(10mg) before dinner for 10days.Avoid cold food&cold water. After 2 days if symptoms persists,then start Tab Clarified(250mg) twice a day after food for 6 days.

Gargle with salt water and tab levocetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 3 days . If it still doesn't subside we need to start a course of antibiotics
