I am getting sneezing and watery nose often. Every-time I am taking Alarid for three days . After three days ,with in another three to four days I'm getting the same sneezing and watery nose again. Mostly mornings when I wake up with in 15 minutes I start sneezing.
I'm taking vitamin c tablet twice for the past one week.
Please suggest what can I do for this recurring allergy problem.
