Allergic rhinitis & sinusitis
I had undergone FESS & septoplasty in the year 2011 and since then using Nasomac AF nasal spray. In recent CT PNS, report says mild soft tissue attenuation collection in sinuses. So, in this circumstances, what should be an ideal plan for gradual withdrawal of this nasal spray? Which months of a year are usually more vulnerable to an AR patient?
