I have sinusitis and have sneezing with temperature changes. Currently i have short spasm of dry cough with little to no white mucous. While sleeping I find my nose bit blocked and can hear myself breathing in silent room. I have no congestion but I am constantly worried if I have Asthma or not as doctor gave me inhaler in bangalore but discontinued in next meeting.

If the nose is blocked and noisy breathing is there then it can be due to nasal obstruction due to a polyp ... Sometimes allergic rhinosinusitis can also present with nasal polyps ... Mostly management of allergies is medical ... And yes it can precipitate into bronchial asthma ... Plz get a proper ent consult with examination of nose
