Sir for Allergenic rhinitis is there is any vaccine for me in market and tell me difference between allergy rhinitis and sinusitis

Allergic rhinitis is caused due to your bodys reaction to the allergens in the environment, where as sinusitis is caused due to infection of the sinuses. There are millions of allergens , which can cause allergy. But if you can identify the allergen, immunotherapy can be tried.
