Creatinine 0.9mg/dl uric acid 6.3mg/dl, urea 26, ast 18,alt 23iu/l, hb 15.3gms and USG Kub report show- bilateral pehicalyceal failures is noted likely due to back pressure changes. Prevoid volume 280cc and post void volume 20cc . Impression:- normal USG Kub study.  pvr 20 cc

I assume it's bilateral calyceal fullnes... and not failure Everything seems normal. If no symptoms, nothing to be done. Repeat kft and ultrasound after 3 months with empty bladder to see if the fullness is settled. If you have any symptoms, consult a urologist.
