I assume it's bilateral calyceal fullnes... and not failure
Everything seems normal.
If no symptoms, nothing to be done.
Repeat kft and ultrasound after 3 months with empty bladder to see if the fullness is settled. If you have any symptoms, consult a urologist.

consult Urologist if any symptoms like flank/ abdomen pain or urine issues, burning or blood in urine
