Alkaline phosphatase is 156
I have alkaline phosphatase 156 in LFT. Is there anything serious . AST 60 .. ALT 133 also detected. Please let me know is there any risk for my life

These are SIGNIFICANTLY Raised liver enzymes. Cause needs to be evaluated. Commonly fatty liver is the cause. ULTRASOUND abdomen and detailed history may help in further evaluation.
