After taking first dose of alendronate she has got fever today. She also has body ache. She had minor injury. In xray there was sign of osteopenia.

Fever is known and common side effect of alendronate ( bisphosphonate ) group medications .
It will subside in 1-2 days
Just have tablet paracetamol 500 mg thrice day
