Can he drink 60 ml whiskey or 1 beer after shoulder dislocation surgery it's been 1 week to surgery.Currently he is taking only thyroid medicine and muscle repair medicine

Alcohol is known to slow down the process of repair and healing. Shoulder dislocation causes hyperextension injury which requires longer time to heal. Avoid for at least 4 weeks.
