Albendazole dosage
Baby is 21 months old and we gave him albendazole in 13 months. Some days he start scratching his back for no reason. So at what age intervals albendazole should be given and what dosage?

All ages the dose remains the same ie 400 mg on day zero , repeat after 2 weeks Children 1 to 2 yrs, we give 200 mg to be safe, but acc to govt of India it is uniformly 400 mg for everyone

Usually not recommended for kids below 2 weeks. If given 2 doses 200mg (5ml ) to be given at a gap of 2 weeks
