Airway block

I have all the symptoms of nasal polyps except for running nose. Can this still be nasal polyps? If not, what else can it be?

Hi
all nasal blocks are not necessarily be nasal polyps... kindly consult ENT specialist to look for cause as it can also be due to deviated septum or hypertrophied turbinates and so on...
