Air conditioner for babies
First baby is 20 months and second baby is four months. I keep them in AC room at night. We keep the temparature at 27degree and switch on ceiling fan at the lowest speed. The babies wear normal cotton sleeveless dress. They sweat a lot if I put blanket or make them wear full sleeve. Does wearing short sleeves or body parts being exposed to AC harm babies?

Temperature of 27 is perfectly fine. Babies sweat a lot on the back of head and the back, which is totally normal. Continue same things which you are doing currently.
