Firstly, cataract is a condition which comes with age. Some health conditions make it come earlier. Compare it with greying of hair. It happens to some people early and for some people it comes late. As there are no natural ways of reducing your age, cataract cannot be treated with medicines. Surgery is the only known treatment for cataract. Treating the diabetes will not reverse cataract. Cataract will not go if sugars are controlled. Surgery is the treatment. Pl consult Ophthalmologist online for further evaluation and treatment.
