Lotel eye drop cause blood sugar high

Hi i have some sort of eye infection my doctor proscribed lotel eye drop for 15 days. As it was steroid is it will cause high blood suger lebel.I am not diabitic

Hi Generally Steroid will cause increase in blood sugar but topical low dose steroid given to you for just 2 weeks will not cause abrupt increase

Uncontrolled Diabetic and Glaucoma patient only need to worry for topical use. Avoid panic continue medications and follow up with your doctor
