After vaccination
Today my baby shots 10 weeks vaccination and now she get 101.7 degree fever is it normal should i consult doctor.. I gave paracetamol 3 hr early can i give paracetamol again plz

Give paracetamol in proper dose and every 5-6hrly only.
Next Steps
water sponge can be given if fever is not coming down by PCM

Fresh water sponging may be added to paracetamol 6 hourly. If no other symptom wait for a day if any new symptom is added a consultation may be needed.

You can give Paracetamol once every 6 hours if temperature is more than 100 deg F. If there is fever in between, do tepid sponging to reduce the fever.

A gap of 4 hours is to be maintained between the doses of paracetamol. Do apply icepack over injection site.
