After scaling what to do and what not
Photo that shown or attached is old one means before scaling.. After scaling done is clear now but doctor gave me one tablet, one eludrilpro mouth wash and one parodium gel. My question are
1. how to use Gel...
2. Can i chew food from right side where teeth had gums, before scaling...
3.I fill teeth sensitivity now how many days it require to be back normal (no sensitivity).
4.can u brush my teeth regularly or need to stop few days.

It is happy that you did professional scaling as per advice.
The gel is for sensitive gums, after brushing, leave 15 min then apply the gel over the gums and give massage with your fingers. Don't not wash with water, just spit it out . You can use soft brush for brushing. Brush twice daily. Sensitivity, it take 2-3 weeks( try sensodyne paste)to get back to normal.You can use both sides for chewing.
Health Tips
Use mouthwash for 1 week. Avoid hot and cold foods for 1 week.
