After cataract surgery
I have undergone cataract surgery 4 months back and they suggested to put eye drops of polyethylene glycol 400 and.propylene glycol opthaophthalmic solution namely systane ultra daily 2 times for one year it is very costly what shall I do for dry eyes some time

Hello You may use refresh tears eyedrop which is a cheap lubricating eyedrop

Just stop using the lubricating drops and see if you have any difficulty. If not then there is no need for them. Sometimes eyes do feel a bit of grittiness after cataract surgery. If you do cheaper alternatives are available.
