AFI of 10.3 at 32 wks (was 11.1 at 27 wk
My 32nd week is ongoing. My AFI is decreasing and is already at 10.3. While its within normal rangenow, will i be able to complete atleast 37 weeks before giving birth. Baby growth and weight is fine in 32 week's ultrasound. What is the reason of amniotic fluid decreasing, what can i do to maintain/improve
it?

You cannot do anything to increase the amount of amniotic fluid
hydrate well
repeat ultrasound after 10 days you need to be admitted for induction of labour if the liquor drops less than 5
