Affected by shingles(nagin)

Asked for Female, 48 Years

My mumy have been affected by shingles (nagin). That rashes giving so much pain. I cant see to her in such conditions..so plz guide me..i had taken aayurvedic medicine..and i am nw confused abt wht to do..continue ayurvedic or go for doctor..my mumy asking for pain killer.
