My baby is of 11months & is suffering from fever since yesterday morning & have winds in stomach is it safe to give him zanocin 100 liquid

No,don't.
Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
Add curds and Banana in the diet,give just 2 milk feeds and 4 solid meals.
