Viral Fever to my 11months old baby
Hi, My son is 11months. He got viral and today is 6th day. He is still getting fever around 100 degree aftee 11 to 12 hrs. Though it is not as high as it was in first three days. He is on medications given by his pediatrician. I have heard from 3 to 5 days viral fever go away. But it is his 6th day and he is still getting fever. He has cough also. How long viral fever can take time to go completely. Thanks in advance

Viral fever can last till a week but to rule out any other infection source kindly get routine blood investigations and visit your paediatrician again.
