Hi Dr,
My 11 months old baby boy is having Cold and running nose since a week and i am giving him Nasal drops and Sinarest Syrup 0.5ml 3 times a day..it had stopped for 2 days and again started..
Please could you prescribe any syrup or drops?

There is no need to keep changing the drugs. Use only syrup only . No need to use double weapon for minor problems.. Use Steam inhalation. Give it if you know it.The best thing open hot water very small stream , keep your child on your shoulder and let him along with you take steam.
You can use Indian herbs for your child . use TURMERIC powder in hot milk to drink. you can make Kadda (concoction) of Crushed ginger, Whole black Pepper2-3, +2-3 cloves+ jaggary in150 ml of water. Boil it to concentrate it to 100ml. Cool it . serve warm concoction to your baby 2-3 times a day.

Greetings , kindly continue continue the drop but increase dose to 0.75mlTDS along with nasal drops. Kindly book a consultation if child is having fever or refusal feed
